    If your order contains stones, you will be notified when your stone check video and pictures are ready for your approval.

  • Production

    Your order is in production--that means it’s being made! This can take 15-21 days. Your patience is appreciated.

  • Approve & Ship

    Review and approve your completed project and receive tracking. Shipping will take 10-14 days.
